American cafes generally have several Thermoses of dairy
products at the condiment bar, varying only in degree of
butterfat. Any decent cafe will have at least skim milk,
whole
milk, and half and half... many also have full cream, 2%
milk,
etc.
The Select-A-Cream is a standard Thermos
pitcher with a
dividing wall down the center. One half is filled with skim
milk, the other with cream. The top of the pitcher has a
dial
with an aperture. Crank the dial all the way to the left, and
you'll pour pure cream. All the way to the right, and you're
pouring skim milk. Various positions are marked, so you can
pour 2% milk, whole milk, etc., all from one pitcher.
Countertop clutter is reduced, and you can fine-tune your
butterfat intake as desired.

Good, but you'd surely end up with a few food-tube lard-asses (not mentioning any countries) going crazy on pure cream, and having it on cornflakes, in tea, on ice cream, on doughnuts etc. Can such people be trusted? |

You would need somthing to mix the cream and milk well otherwise you would end up with milk in the bottom of the bowl and thick cream on the top of your cornflakes! |
