This is a fan with a funnel/hopper attached to the top.
The Funnel/hopper is located to feed materials into the
working envelope of the rotating fan blades.
The user may fill the funnel/hopper with whatever material
so long as the said material may be caused to be launched
away from the fan
as it impacts the surface of the fan blades
The fan blades are engineered to impart the greatest amount
of energy unto the materials.

This is probably your best idea to date. |

I favor Balloonickers still. |

Trust me, that was worse than this one. |

Is it still intended to move air? Otherwise, [bigsleep] has it
right, it's the design of any number of seed spreaders and
the like. If it's still intended to move air, then it's those
designs, but with the blades curved like a squirrel cage fan
(also an actual technical term, although most people would
use "centrifugal fan"). |

|
If it's an supposed to be an axial fan, then it's new, but it's
not "engineered to impart the greatest amount of energy"
to the projectiles. |

Yes Still intended to move air |

" The user may fill the funnel/hopper with whatever material..." |

Certain Rock Stars would love this. Instead of vomiting on only a few in the first row, they will now be able to give whole first five or six rows with a wet smelly souvenir to treasure. |
