Until they answer, you don't have to hear anything. Every once in a while it gives you some indication that the call is still in progress... maybe with a short audio, a tick, or a LED flashing once.
When they finally answer with: Good morning, this is Yael speaking for Soandso, how can I help you?
it says, Hello Yael, this is Moshe's secretary, how are you today? When she responds with OK thank you, what can I do for you?, it says: Just a second, please. Moshe!!!! So&so insurance answered your call! Her name is Yael.
And you can begin the conversation.
