I just noticed that Microsoft has a new ergonomic keyboard that will
gently guide us into another 20 years behind desktop PCs, and was
thinking that an adaptive perineal interface would not be a bad
addition.

As long as they are going to make me comfortable sitting
down in front of the desktop I was thinking they could
make me REALLY comfortable, and gain my feedback and
input in the process. It's the bottom chakra so there is lots
of root stuff going on down there -- probably in alot of
cases
unconscious. Come to think of it maybe this should be
developed as a FaceButt portal. |

Is there any general recognition that the top part of the
human body is modeled on the bottom part? I can't seem
to find anything simple and un-jokey about this online. |

It seems to me that the linked Magritte painting has it
wrong in that the analogies are off. The most obvious
analogies to me would be that the anus and the mouth are
analogous, the
urinary bits with the nose, the testes/ovaries with the eyes
and the navel with the ears, although where does that
leave the nipples? Maybe the nipples are like ears and the
navel is some kind of central thing. |
