Universal key fob panic button | |
Remote key fob panic buttons should trigger all cars in range, regardless of make or model. Just the panic part, not the burglar part.
No one looks any more when one car alarm goes off, but everyone will come running when they hear more than one alarm at once, understanding someone has hit their
button.
The bad guy will wet his pants when 50 car alarms go off at once and attention is attracted.

Are you out of your mind? (He says, triggering every car alarm on the street and running away.) |
This will be good when they make panic buttons less accidentally pressable. |
Actually, it will be bad, because any drunk dope with a key fob can go around amusing himself at everyone's annoyance. |
Nope.Could cause a lot of dead batteries. |

//bad guy will wet his pants// There's a drone of a half-dozen car alarms at any given time. When 50 more start up, how do you tell where the actual alarm is? Check everyone's pants? |

I would, however, like to see polite cars. When someone activates their alarm and the car horn honks, every other car in the lot should give an acknowledgement honk. |
Now if only the drivers would be as polite... |

Ever heard the story of the guy that set off a bunch of car alarms and used the noise to conceal the sound of breaking glass so he could steal a stero? |
It was a ninja PIRATE bunny. Remember, it was busy plundering some stereo booty at the time. |
