Sea bags?
Also, children aren't great tea drinkers, so maybe have sugar already added in the tea-bags to make them more enticing? |

wow, Jim! that is an idea worthy of it's own entry, methinks! Less actual teastuff per bag, bulk up with sugar, more-mass-marketable (a la kool-aid?) and cheap! |

You could make the bags transparent and put tiny plastic men in them for added realism. |

stranger still, are those 'drawstring' bags on tetley tea. it has two strings connected to a perforated tag, which is meant to split apart. when you've steeped it to the desired strength, the bag is lifted out, and you pull the two strings. the idea is that you'll be squeezing out every last bit of flavour from it. odd indeed. |
