feel fitter using these simple exercises.
watch every event from the comfort of your sofa.

feel those legs pump up and down as the marathon goes into the second hour.
feel that pelvic floor move as you mentally will your 4-man rowing team inch into first place.

you just cannot help pumping those leg muscles as the 800 metre freestyle swimmers beat the cramp and overcome the pain ...

(apparently just thinking about exercise is effective)

       thank you, dear. I hope you are feeling better.   

       I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one that experienced that pushing sensation is various areas of my body to enable my competitors/teams to achieve that wee extra bit of help.   

       (wish I could have run a few yards for dear Paula yesterday)
