The iPad screen is just the right size for things for which the iPad screen is just the right size. However, it does make the iPad larger than it would be if it were smaller.

So.

The iPOV (we have licenced the use of the letter "i") is about 9 inches long, an inch wide and (of course) breathtakingly slim. It fits comfortably inside a jacket pocket or, for that matter, a small baguette.

For applications that do not require a lot of screenage, the 8"x1" screen performs as expected. If you enjoy movies about snakes, you need look no further.

For a bigger picture, however, simply hold the iPOV at either end, and press the button with the helicopter symbol on it. The display will then spin up to a couple of thousand RPM, and will switch to POV mode. You can now watch movies such as "The Great Beach Ball Adventure" or "Circular Zombies 2" in the way the director intended, on a circular display 8" in diameter.

Touch-screen implementation is still under development.

Clever, and with just the right amount of needless danger. Ideally the spinning motion would be the result of a very highly-geared bicycle contraption, pedalled by the viewer.
