It a tied up dove, with timed released pin.
You pull its pin, and throw it at the enemy. When it hits the ground or enemy, it flies and jams all weapons in its area of effect. Eventually, if you don't get out of the area of effect, it will try to 'disable your grenade' by pulling your grenade's pin...
It has no effect on melee weapons though, like a knife. And since it effect both allies and enemy, you need to be careful with it.
Its only countered by a friendly, shooting the dove from outside the range. (which could also be an enemy shooting at you).
Its easy to shoot with a shotgun, so you prolly want to shoot the dove, after knocking out the enemy, or it will keep flying around, and disable your weapon as well.

Places you can cause the most trouble with this dove grenade: close quarter combat

what is the connection between culture: sign? (if any) |

Maybe when the dove is thrown, its influence grows and grows, and the game is over because there is peace. And the influence grows more, and the game cannot be played again, nor any other game that involves fighting and killing. Games will only be those that involve creation and cooperation and the advancement of life. The dove will circle beneficiently above such endeavors. |

Isn't that already the case? If its "effect" is none, I mean. |
