laser light display behind the ump for good measure and no doubt the mascots are a pair of dancing shoes, white gloves and a
bowtie.
kids get their first neon box of popcorn free on Saturday nights.

I'm not sure my eyes are capable of tracking the range of a quickly approaching object without some kind of background behind it. I'm really not. Does anyone have experience catching illuminated things in the dark? |

It's actually easier to catch glowy things in the dark, to me anyway. Maybe not easier, but there's less visual input and interference. I could imagine it'd be a lot easier for the outfielders to see incoming balls, and may be easier for the batters as well. On the other hand, there's so much stuff in this idea that would be glowing it may be just as noisy. It still sounds like fun. |
