I never imagined it would be edible.

Dog Umbrella http://www.amazon.c...000T0JUE8/200719-20
Integrated into the leash - different from what this idea's poster envisioned. Read user comments for obvious problems with that design. [jutta, Apr 18 2010]

amazing how the "s"s really make the title/summary.

How do you get it to stay up?
jutta, Apr 18 2010

Excellent in strong winds. Is there a parasail version on offer ?

       Are there pyjamas to match?
xenzag, Apr 18 2010

Extensive testing has shown that a match is insufficient to set a cat's pajamas on fire. You need a lighter, and some sort of accellerant.

       Yes, that would do.

It's the spiky bit that goes through the cat and into the ground that keeps the umbrella up. Not any good for getting about though, being fixed in one place and everything.
saedi, Apr 18 2010

But at least the cat would be dry, and you would know where it was (i.e. not roaming the area killing small songbirds and crapping in the neighbour's flower beds)
