Toy airplanes made of aerogel. Preferably edible aerogel. They really fly and they are low calorie!

With what this stuff costs to produce, I don't think I'd want to give it to a child as a toy. Find a way to cut down production costs, and you've got my bun. |

Damn the cost, I just want to see one fly. [+] |

It'd be fun to fly one, but I think you'd lose plenty. So light, it won't be so easy to convince it to land. |

On a serious level, you're probably talking extremely slow flight since it's so light. With such slow speeds, you're looking at very low reynolds numbers, meaning high drag. I predict it would fly much like those little "toypedo" pool toys, sort of a gradual angled sink towards the ground. |

Almost like a [FreeFall]... I'd never eat mine, way too cool for that. Besides, it's been in dirt!! |
