This microwave oven will play the Mission:
Impossible theme music and will always stop the
countdown timer at 00:01
[link]
|
|
It would be nice if in addition to the music/timer
combination, it came with a roll of fuse-wire that could be,
on setting the timer, automatically spooled out to a length
such that on ignition, it will take the appropriate time to
burn down. Once spooled, the user is encouraged to light it
to activate the microwave along with thematic music. |

It's a great idea.....Use it to heat up this croissant.
Imagines after a few weeks of constant use a lump
hammer being deployed. |

The microwave is -quicker- than normal, not slower. Reheating a croissant should take a few -seconds- not a few -weeks-. No wonder it goes that hard that you need a lump-hammer to bite into the croissant. |

What if you choose not to accept the mission ? |

"The horror ... the horror ..." |

Some tie-in with an IOT network could expand this
into a movie-life virtual experience, with popcorn.
Have Alexa
enable Mission: Impossible with your smart house
devices and the TV for the background story. |

I just might take this idea and run with it... |
|
|
[Rayf] - That makes me think that maybe this is just a
"Film Noir Home" accessory item - ? |
|
|
The follow-on product could be a "24"-themed microwave, but that might be problematic if the timer only counts down one hour per week, and then you have to wait for the next episode ... |
|
|
How about a microwave that plays the theme from 'The
Magic Roundabout' as the turntable turns, and makes a
"boingggg!!!" sound when it's finished? |
|
|
... or as a reminder that your rocks of crack are ready ? |

Sean Connery could have used one that stopped at 0:07. |
