"The Birds" Anemometer

Pretend, scary-looking crows which can be attached to things like TV aerials, climbing frames, etc. These birds have hinged wings which are finely balanced so that they will gently flap in the slightest breeze. The readings of the flap rates from all the crows is combined and presented as a wind speed reading.
