A microphone that has built into it a series of standard levitation tricks used in magic shows.
The tricks would be used to punctuate parts of the speakers monolog. "We can't just float the economy on magic trick style manipulations by the fed." (Then the mic floats from hand to hand back and forth
as if levitating.)
It could be collapsable so the speaker could crush it in his hand and have it disappear up his sleeve.
In helium filled mode you do a mic drop in reverse, it floats up.
Basically take any magic trick out there and apply those systems to a specially manufactured magic mic.
