One of the things that bother me about books is the holding part. It's kind of boring to have to hold it and your arm gets tired. With the latest improvements on eBook hardware, eInk and similar technologies you can expect a screen to be rollable inside a pen sized device. This will probably make the whole set very light. So, as an addon to this, you could add a miniature zeppelin like device that would hold the eBook at a stationary position. To change pages you could use a simple remote control or voice commands. Make the eBook solution and the zeppelin weather proof and you can make it hover over the bathtub and read while on the jacuzzi.

Why limit it to e-book? Just needs a bigger blimp to float a paper book, and some really tricky page turning equipment. I think you should add a sensor system to maintain a constant proximity from my eyes, so I can move around and stay comfortable without having to fly the thing manually. Good for the tub and in bed.

Well, you're right, the zeppelin could be used to hold other stuff, but I find the ebook more apealing.
