Your Number’s Up

In the “You’re Number’s Up “lottery, all you need to do is select whole numbers between zero and ten million. At the close of entry submission, the winner is the holder of a ticket closest to zero or ten million who doesn’t share their selected number with any other ticket holder.
Of the two successful tickets (the ones closest to the extremes), the ultimate winner is the one closest to that extreme. Second division goes to the other. If they’re equidistance from zero and ten million, division one jackpots and they each get division two.
Minor prizes are divided between ticket holders who are second and third closest etc.
After the draw, stats are posted online for all numbers so players can plan tactics for the next draw…
