Some of my ideas aren't exactly grade-A quality. Some I just make up on the spot to see how people like them. Based on that assuption, I give you Wrestleball.

The game consists of 2 5-player teams. The field is a 20 yard by 20 yard square with two 1 foot by 2 feet nets. It is orrounded by ropes and cornered by turnbuckles. No goalies. The 60-minute game is played through golden-goal matches. These have a 3 to 5 minute time limit. At the beginning of each match, the referee draws a card. On it, there are the following :

- The number of alloted players

- The style of the match (hardcore, ladder, pinfall, ringout, tag team, 6-man tag, coffin, battle royale, triple threat)

- The time limit (if any)

The team with the first goal wia piont. If, at the end of the desingnated time, no one has scored, the referee will award a point to the team he thought played better. Repeat process until all 60 minutes are up. Overtime is played if the game is tied at the end of regulation time. Penalties are rare, put get one and you're out of the game.

Enjoy.

Yeah something not unlike this was baked by William Webb Ellis in 1823.

That is, if the ref's not busy being "distracted" by the tag team partner while his buddy is beating their opponents with a chair. It's fake, I tell you!

This is utterly redonculous. I tell you, some days I'm really ashamed to be born after 1980.
