Last time I went to the doctor's office, they had a date indicator that went up a number every time you pressed a button. I noticed there was no batteries or electrical cord. Have a mechanical wind-up movement drop the digit page every minute, and each other one will be divided in the usual digital clock
fashion. I have seen electric clocks that have flip-down digit pages, so I think a wind-up version would be bakeable.

Cute. Like the clattering departure displays they had in airport terminals? |

This would go well with a cuckoo clock format.
Or, those wind up radios could easily support a LCD display digital clock. |
