Aside from the fact they're wet, I love that squishy feeling.

How about a pair of shoes that feels like that ALL the time?

       How do you keep them wet—I’m supposing that’s the invention? Do you have a catheter tube that splits and runs down to both shoes; or do you have great big water-filled balloons attached to them that soak them continuously; or maybe you pre-soak them in a solution of a deliquescent salt, so that they absorb moisture from the atmosphere? Something like that?

       Yes, I think the wristpad gel is in the right direction.   

       I know there are some type of inserts that have something like that already - but they're not supposed to feel completely squishy.
