Ever been dying of thirst and craving Tang instead of water from a fountain? Well, how about vending-machine drinking fountains in which you deposit some coins, and instead of getting tap water, you get to choose from several non-alcoholic drinks like Tang, Fruit Punch, Coke. etc. For a nominal fee, you would get to drink something other than water for about 10 seconds.

Cute. What about all the liquid you miss; is it filtered, sanitized and recycled?

There's a futuristic fountain at the "World of Coca-Cola" museum [link]. Select a dispenser, and fluid that is ostensibly your drink is shot ten feet through the air in an arc, then flows into your cup. This is perhaps the opposite of your idea. But the technology is there.

Very much so baked, I hear, at the mall of america or something else of the sort. Link pending.

It would be a nightmare to clean, nonetheless.
