We recently had a birthday party at work and I noticed
that
the arrangement of a boquete of balloons was somewhat
icreamconish in shape and I thought if you just arranged
green
and red balloons it would look like an upsidedown xmas
tree.
With the upsidedown shape you may not need superglue
to
hold it in place - just different lengths of string and a
boquette starting with smallest balloons at the bottom
and
bigger balloons at the top.
This is similar to the linked floating xmas tree idea but
more minimal.
