Shave your head so you can wear these fashionable and
bizarre toupees made especially for people with full
heads
of
hair.
What's the difference between these and a regular
toupee?
You shave the top of your head but
have interesting patterns around the perimeter. Zig zags,
wavy line
etc to match the toupee. There's a guide that
the
hair stylist uses to shave the top and sides to fit your
"WhooPee".
Can bald people wear them too? No.

This is bizarre and surreal. |
Have you been injecting yourself with cleaning products ? |
While there is something of a precedent in Pharonic Egypt, this is sufficiently odd and disturbing to attract a croissant. |
I shaved my head last week for the first time. I was
thinking of shaving some cool patterns into it as it grows
back. [+] |
This was pretty common in the 18th century - see gentlemen wearing elaborate wigs. |
Cold be wrong, but I'm pretty sure nobody's ever shaved
their hair so they can wear
a wig. |
Maybe some ancient cultures did for some reason but I'd
have to do research so we may never know. |
//Cold be wrong, but I'm pretty sure nobody's ever shaved their hair so they can wear a wig.// |
You are right, you are indeed wrong. |
And thank you for pointing out that I was right, I usually am. |
Example as requested. <link> |
...and the wig they'd wear after shaving their heads? |
... depended on their status and occupation. The pharoah wore a different wig and/or headdress and beard according to whether (s)he was kinging or priesting or both at any particular time. |
There's an enormous amount of tomb art (frescoes and carvings), bas-relief on monuments, and statuary of all sizes. Take your pick... |
Anyway this is all irrelevant. The idea is clearly for toupees, not wigs, and for shaving only the top of your head, not the entire head. Therefore it is a RADICALLY new idea WITHOUT previous existence and deserves BUNNAGE [+] |
Thank you pocmloc. You win annotation of the day. |
Favouritism... <Bitter mumbling/> |
We gave this its first bun, you know. |
Because my awards are worthless, that's why I give them
out. See the Winkybutt award for reference. |
We were hoping that "award" meant we got some kind of certificate, even if it was just clipart printed with a nearly-empty colour inkjet cartridge showing bad tramlining, on cheap paper, in a genuine simulated plastic-effect frame ... |
You're right, I think you deserve more. Your award awaits.
See link. |
Figures. After all, Pharaohs were considered Living Gods, too ... |
Oh. Does he wear a toupee? I thought he was doing
the combover thing. |
I was kidding. I don't know what the hell that shit is
on his head. |
On it, maybe not; in it, certainly ... |
Is there a Trump category? If not it's the most
commented subject in the HB without its own
category. Nothing comes close, I think he makes it
into about 3 out of 5 idea postings. |
He gets a lot of play over here but the English
are positively obsessed with him. I think it's a
dopamine rush thing or something. They wouldn't
engage in it if it didn't feel good so there's got to
be something to that. |
Although I may be wrong, it might be a source of
endorphin stimulation. Could be both. |
My question is this: what happens when he's no longer
president? Is he still the center of the universe? I'll be
curious to see how that develops. He seems to make
people very happy so I'm wondering how that void will be
filled. |
Adolf Htler's been dead for 75 years (allegedly) and lots of people still obsess over him, too. He made a lot of people very happy (except for jews, gypsies, Poles, Russians, Norwegians, Belgians, Yugoslavs, Czechs, Greeks, Danes, the Dutch, Ukranians, Americans, Canadians, British, Maltese....) |
They're both perfect examples of how representative democracy can have an epic fail with disastrous consequences, and why it's such a very bad idea. |
I think Trump makes his detractors happy, gives
them lots to obsess about. |
? Oh, possible name for this? |
Some sticky, flexible Peltiers and some styled optical fibre would stand out, in the dark. |
Delirium Tremens is an acceptable synonym. |
Can this toupee come with a bun? It does now. |
A little thing that's unreasonably annoying... can you correct the spelling of "unnecessary" in the title? Thanks much. |
Then my work here is done. |
No, it isn't. You have to mop the floor, wipe and polish your workbench, fill in your hours sheet, and help [Voice] change his adult incontinence garment for a fresh one. |
