So the wife after surgery has this thing called a wound-
vac, whichvis precisely what it sounds like. Where they
haven't stitched her closed yet, due to the necessity of
allowing the inside to heal up first I guess, she has a small
suction hose and a calibrated vacuum cleaner puling 125
mmHg
against a sponge nestled in her cut, and the hose
and cut sealed off with some very itchy plastic tape. She's
vacuum-sealed for freshness, essentially.
This vacuum thing with the hose must be plugged in to the
mains most of the time, and into the wife all of the time.
Bathroom trips at night thus involve unplugging and
carrying the unit along and then fishing for the cord to
hook back up, which when you can't bend over, is unhandy.
A bog-standard wireless charging station would be good
for this thing and whatever other gadgets could benefit.

The charging stations are reasonably universal (there are a
couple of Standards...) given that the form factor is "flat
surface".
What you're looking for is a wound-vac that has wireless
charging built in. |

First, ouch; I hope she gets better soon. Second, what [neut]
