It is almost like Undercover Boss, but whith a mafiaboss going undercover, to research his mobsters and find out if they steal from him, or if they are doing a good job. Ends up with him revealing himself, and then he promote or eliminate persons in his mobstergang.

       It's a glitch in the matrix.   

       I do think it would be unexpected and so good on that front. And back too; might as well. I worry that regular TV channels might not be OK with him completely revealing himself. Unless you are not in the US; I recall that many TV series end with that sort of thing on BBC and certainly in Europe.   

       Maybe in the US OK on cable too. I think that series with the motorcycle riders had them strip down for the finale. Or did I dream that?
