Two or three fingered mouse

Moving the mouse on the pad brings it more or less to the area, but then the pointing finger moves it a bit more to the exact mouse location while the other (middle or ring) finger is used to make gestures like dragging in or opening up.

Two four-finger mice like this could be used for making music.
