Rather than having a big urn full of water that sits near boiling all day, create a heavy urn that spins up to very high RPM. Inside the urn are alternating layers of rotating and static plates (something turbiney). When water is poured in, it is centripugally sent outwards through the layers, heating
it and sending it to a collection area for use.
