Tubular sandwich

 any basic sandwich in a tube

A tube (like a toothpaste tube only bigger) with pb/pb&J/j/or cheese wiz knock off, and mix in with some sort of perhaps bread in paste form which you can squirt out onto some sort of stick or directly into your mouth. no more dishes unless you use a spoon.
