You take an everyday doughnut fill it with about two tablespoons of tranquilizer put back in the box with the rest of the doughnuts. Then when you get pulled over offer the officer a the Tranquilizer doughnut.

Man you might be forgetting about the camera inside the police cruiser they use to record all traffic stops.
