       Hmm. Given the old addage: You are what you eat, I try to consume foods according to my needs... Joint Cartilage from the ends of chicken bones for my ailing knees, red meat for bulking up on muscle, human brains when I want to be smarter (joking on last). There could be, following my skewed logic, some credence to "toothpaste".
