Toilet-Paper Novels
Short stoies printed on toilet paper - Something to read while you sit on the john. | |
Okay, this simple idea has been something I've been milling for a while now.
I clean my bathroom often, and sometimes I take my old pile of magazines out to make room for fresh ones, but in the meantime, I forget to leave one to read until the pile is replenished.
But it doesn't have to be this
way.
What if, on the toilet paper itself was printed a short story or novel? Little disposable works that would give you something entertaining to peruse while you're sitting with nowhere (but) to go. They could market them with all sorts of different writing genres and styles, and when you're done reading the bit, you could finish tidying up and be on your way. No pile of magazines to worry about, or newspapers all over the place.
(Note: this is the first idea [anything really] that I've ever posted here.)

Already been done, it seems, but thanks for the suport annyway. I'm looking forward to posting other ideas here in the future.

Nice. You could call them "toilette vignettes". |

We have done this before. I believe po will remember. I tossed in my brothers habit of having ends of rolls of newspaper, (he got free from the "Bloomington Press"), hanging on his towell rack. |

The kids, adults, and anyone sittling on the can would draw, write, rant, etc., to the next person. |

His favorite saying was "The spoken word does not exist, the written word is here forever, once you write it." |

A whole host of strangers would add stanzas to a poem some random person would begin. |

Soon to follow was the entire wall of a room idea, which has been halfbaked as well. |

I obviously love the idea, I just wish it had not already been done before. |
