I somehow always seem to find myself in a position where I'm doing a monotonous task listening to my MP3 player, and what's always annoyed me was that I find myself listening to a song that I don't happen to like, while I'm not in any position to do anything about it, otherwise my MP3 player might get taken away if I'm caught fiddling with the buttons on it. So what I propose is my brand new Toe Shuffle, a pad that'll fit into your shoe, connected by a wire to your music player in your pocket, and you can skip songs, etc while you complete whatever it is that you do, and your big toes control it, plus you can tap both your big toes two times to turn it off if you are walking. Comes in a few sizes.

Of course, there might be a problem if you like to wriggle your toes and forget about the music player, or if you happen to not be able to move your toes, which it then can be adapted for neck or wrist movements...

Might be good for train or bus drivers.

As the driver pressed down on the accelerator instead of the brake, whilst trying to change the music, the bus lurched forward over the edge of the cliff. The occupants were terrified, but mostly because they knew they would die with the sounds of Garth Brooks and his achey breakey heart mistakenly blaring them to heaven.

I would've thought that most people who listen to Garth Brooks die anyway, via suicide.

No thanks, I'm happy with my toes in the order they came in.

This is brilliant. :) I want one.

I forgot to add that these would become available in-built into shoes, so that you don't have to go wrecking a pair of shufflers before you realise that you put them in upside-down, plus the ones in-built into sneakers have wireless headphones, so no annoying cable.

Achey Breaky Heart? That's not Garth Brooks.
