This juggling robot represents a high watermark in automaton adroitness and kitsch culture. Looking like a garden gnome after skinny-dipping in the birdbath, this mechanical cupid will garnish any party table or pub counter.
Fill the bowl on its head with fruit, chocolates, ice cubes, etc. and wind
it up with the large brass key. Stand back in awe as the exposed, undersized android proceeds to pirouette while seeming to balance the bowl and whistling one of twenty popular melodies.
My imp rendered Dixie and then raised robotic arms to pluck two oranges and an apple, weighing and registering their size. Then like a squat Carmen Miranda, it unerringly juggled the fruit for three revolutions.
Not a gnome, and fully-clothed

Not only is it entertaining, it can triple your mantlepiece space! Thingamajuggler can deftly keep the pewter kitten, the "Gift from Vienna" snowglobe and the Eiffel Tower thermometer in the air indefinitely, with the shelf footprint of but a single ornament! |
Would it be possible to fill a thingamajuggler with several smaller versions, which would also have smaller verisions on their heads (ad nauseum)? |
Ah yes, a thingamajuggler that juggles three smaller thingamajugglers that each juggle three smaller thingamajugglers that each juggle... |
It will certainly make dusting much easier. |
Wonder if there's any way for it to juggle human jugglers? |

"Our final and most daring feat of bravery at Barnum and Binaries Flying Robotic Circus, our troop of robotic jugglers will juggle eachother, 15 water balloons, (quite dangerous to a robot, you see), all while riding atop an elephant on an Orb-It on a high-wire, without a net!" |

I'm a little concerned about [FarmerJohn] and his mental state. Fantasizing about wet, naked garden gnomes? Exposed androids whistling and pirouetting? Dixie, no less? The man has no shame! |

I like the idea, though. The big brass key is a nice touch, but purely cosmetic, no doubt. Surely no clockwork device could perform a multi-faceted perfomance like the one you describe, let alone weigh and register fruit sizes prior to juggling them. |

I think this idea represents the high-water mark in the usage of a thesaurus... |

Couldn't function/perform/work/operate/run/do/achieve without it. |

very tempting to eat the contents of the bowl though, eh? I suppose you need to replenish regularly for freshness sake. +1 |
