Thermo Electric Flashlight

I love my new shakelight, but I'm wondering why no one has marketed a thermo electric flashlight... I'm no electronics whiz, but aren't the new generation of LEDs extremely lowpower? Surely my sweaty hands could provide as much illumination as a shakelight, without all the work...

       You ain't that hot, or you have to put ice cubes on the other side of the thermoelectric element to keep the temperature differential.
