The Changeling

 Reality show with Doppelgangers

In this reality show, contestants are matched with other contestants who closely resemble them. The families and workplace of the contestants are told that the contestant will be on a reality show, thus explaining the cameras.

The contestants coach each other in secret. Then on the day of the show, they swap places. Each must fake his way through the life and work of the other for as long as possible. Whoever can keep everyone faked out the longest is the winner!

       [bungston] My twins have tried this on my wife & I already. The personality differences give them away quite quickly. If not for that, we know about the different freckles.   

       They're getting good enough at it to make me consider the laser eye surgery, though, as I sometimes mistake one for the other early in the morning or late at night (when I'm not at one with the glasses).

       Do the same thing, exept the co-workers/families will be in on it and pretend like they are completely oblivious. Early on some sort of clue will indicate to the contestant that the person they are replacing actually looks nothing like them (maybe an "employee of the month" plaque with a picture). the contestant will still try to uphold the lie, all while bewildered as to why he hasnt been discovered yet.
