This is a website for the uploading of found music in the form of
field recordings of particularly egregious metal on metal mechanical
soundscapes, with curatorial, modern classical music-type
commentary.
It will start as a collection of recordings of the sound of the wheels
of subway trains
rubbing against the curved tracks at the Green Line
Boylston street station in Boston (thus the B-stuff).
But will also be an artification of the worst of industrial
environmental audio, the kind that reminds us forcably that both we
and it exist, thus "Be-stuff", or ontological proof.

I think you might have trademark issues with the
Third Reich - they had various Stoffs, including B-

There is a repository for found sounds and enthusiastic hobbyists who do this. Let me see if I can find it. |

I think a disclaimer will be necessary as YouTubes
this might
get confused with an American Idol episode. |
