Most parents of children and young teens have implemented some sort of internet controls and monitors to keep their kids from undesirable websites and help them avoid possible internet predators. Most of the parents I know would also love to see a phone available with the following features:
~ Caller
ID
~ Outgoing call log
~ Password/PIN required to delete items from caller ID or log
~ integrated digital answering machine
~ timer to automatically turn off ringer and speaker volume at night and during homework or chore time

Already have this at home - ISDN with CAPI controlled by a PC. Filters calls, routes by caller, prohibits calls to the bedroom at night except from specified callers etc. |
