Integrate an LCD pannel into your skin directly where you want the tattoo... Either with USB, wireless, RS-232 etc upload an image to your pannel... Never have to worry about changing the name of the ex, never regret some design that you thought was great while you were drunk, need to go to a job inteview just think of the brown nose points if you had the company's logo on your ankle or else where...

       Funny thing...just last night i was debating on whether or not to have LEDs surgically implanted in my forehead...but this sounds much less painful...and functional
