Tardis Shower

A shower cubicle that looks like a 1950s police box.

Although this shower won't actually transport you through time and relative dimensions in space, it will get you fresh and clean every morning and provides an interesting talking point when you invite visitors into your bathroom.

If only it could be bigger inside than out. Maybe with a K9 shaped shampoo dispenser. [+]

Will it have a big wobbly perspex cylinder going up and down in the middle ? [+]

I think you can get these, but more in the form of the red telephone boxes, than the police boxes.

A better idea, if you can afford a big house, would be to have a nice big shower room and put the police box in front of the doorway. This would give the illusion that it really was bigger on the inside.

Though if you're doing that you may as well use it for a room that's meant to be big.

I like it anyway so have a bun.

I am thanks, [po] - although it would be a more gratifying experience if someone was buying it.

"...when you invite visitors into your bathroom" - I don't think I've ever done this.

I know people used to urinate in them, but I never saw anyone taking a shower in one.

+ very cute. As we don't have *police boxes* in the states it would be quite a conversation piece.

I'm going to bun this, simply because I'm a newbie Dr. Who fan and all things Who tickle me.

I'm not sure we have many more in the UK. The last time I saw a proper one was in Edinburgh in the late 1980s.
There was a revival in Ealing in the 1990s, just to house CCTV gear, but I'm not sure it is still there.

There are a few still in Glasgow, one of these is a coffee shop (no joke).
