(It could also be Shortervision)

I've been taller than average all my life, and frequently have wondered what it would be like to be shorter.

On that same token, I imagine the vertically challenged would wonder the exact opposite.

Walking through a crowd I can always get my bearings since I see a sea of the tops of heads.

A hat with a periscope mounted on it that extends up to give a taller view of the world, and inversely it can be rotated 180 degrees to offer a view from lower down would have uses and satisfy curiosities.

Could be pretty handy to do work with as well, not needing to kink your neck when working low or high.

could be persuaded to use it. but even better in crowds, would be something that raises me above arm-pit height.

I think there's dog's eye level videos on the market if you want to vicariously experince extreme shortness.
