Can the computer not notice when I switch among windows and it repeatedly guesses wrong when I use Alt Tab, and I correct it?

       Yes, it cannot. I'm guessing the real reason they didn't include this is that alt tab is a low level function (close to the operating system) and often used in cases of programs crashing. You want as little extra functionality as possible in code that's likely to be running right next to a crashed program.
