For various reasons a lot of people have cars/trucks they don't really want. They are the wrong size, horsepower, color, condition and so on.
So you form a club of 50 such people, and meet for 30 minutes monthly at a park/and or over the internet. In order to join you have to list the one you hate
and three make/models that would "be a lot better for me". Everyone kicks in ten dollars or something more a month and the money is used to facilitate the finding, swap, purchase, or retrofit of vehicles so that most club members end up with something they like much better. A lottery is used to select the member whose wish gets granted this month. A really friendly used car dealer is used to make many of these deals. And to hold the paper on the cars.

I would do this. but I'm a girl and not a car lover, so it sounds great to me. I doubt a car guy would go for it. |

" For various reasons a lot of people have boyfriends they don't really want. They are the wrong size, horsepower, color, condition and so on. " ? So easy to be politically incorrect..." |

The character Charlie Farquharson (Canadian comedian Don
Harron who I see died just last month) wrote a schtick about
going to wild parties in the old days where every man there
threw his car keys into a bowl. The guys then took turns
drawing out keys and "Dang, if every man there didn't end up
going home with another man's tractor!" |
