Supermarket Glasses

A pair of glasses which has a pair of angled mirrors which flip down at the touch of a button, allowing the wearer to turn their head at 45 degrees to their direction of travel and simultaneously see straight ahead (the direction they are moving) and at 90 degrees to their trajectory, thus allowing them to look along supermarket aisles while avoiding collision with other shoppers in their path.

Allows the rapid re-acquisition of Significant Other location data in the minimum of time after being distracted (for instance) by a particularly good Buy-two-get-one-free offer on DVDs, resulting in getting to the checkout in time to pay and avoiding a silent ride home where the air conditioning is unnecessary as the cold atmosphere is causing helium to crystallize on the outside of the windows.
