I think a great exercise machine would be one that locked all four limbs. Then would run you through a regiment of Yoga or simple stretching. Multiple settings of course. I do yoga most mornings. Most mornings I spend most of my time on "auto pilot". What a great thing it would be, to do stretching/yoga much in the way I make my coffee. Automatically.
