Farmer Fashion is once again breaking new ground in the rag trade by the unveiling of hidden helix garments. Instead of hanging from straps, belts or elastic, the clothing is held up from below, by a spiral sewn into the cloth.
Use of a thin, lightweight spring of steel or plastic, means for example
that a diaphanous fabric can be used for boot tops, and the collections taut clothes dont show wrinkles. To fold, just compress the coil and fasten two clips.
In addition to the strapless top and boots shown below, belt-less pants and ballroom gloves were paraded on the runway. In the works are socks that wont glide down and boxer shorts that wont ride up.
