Stick a small fake tumbleweed inside a glass sphericon about 3 inches in diameter.

The sphericon tumbles like the tumbleweed, and is the perfect give for a halfbaker.

"The sphericon tumbles like the tumbleweed"

A glass sphericon lightweight (hollow) enough to tumble like a tumbleweed would break once it got to tumbling.

Of course it wouldn't get blown around by the wind; it is a paperweight.
