A light on a car that is forward facing that sends out a bright green strobe flash 3 times to inform the person to speed up. For highway driving it will also strobe in a pattern to the right to tell the driver in front of you to move over so you can pass them.

you drive your car and I will drive mine. I think this would be distracting and annoying. strobes can cause epileptic fits to boot! |
