This is a clothes-drying device. It has a large umbrella to protect against rain-showers. On top, is a small solar panel. Underneath, a circular rack with places for hanging by clothespins or hangers. The rack turns under the influence of an electric motor powered by the solar panel. So it drys clothes by sun, wind, and centrifugal effects.
