Socks with collars that go around the ankle, suitable for wearing little ties on. They tuck in under the dress shoe. Accessory shoes can be made with a lapel style around the lace holes.
Bow ties would look nice, but straight ties could tuck in under the tongue of the shoe so they don't flop around
while walking.
