Soapy Conversions

the sometimes sensual soap

This product looks like an ordinary, innocent bar of soap. With use it dissolves over a period of days or weeks to reveal a hard, less soluble, soap interior: a religious figurine or erotic object molded in hard soap that has been invisibly trapped within the outer, softer soap. Most effective if both are exactly the same color. If the user is unaware of the particular properties of this soap, the impact will be very gradual, subconscious. But sooner or later, standing in the shower, there will be a sudden dawning, a religious (or erotic) awakening.

Be fun to try your idea with glycerin and a glass object. [DrCurry, Oct 05 2004, last modified Oct 17 2004]

Er, why? I mean, this seems more like a good joke to play on Aunt Gertrude than something to inspire Cousin Promiscua to return to confession.

Embedding objects in soap is rather old hat, anyway.

Is that a sensual soap down there or are you just pleased to scrub my back?

I like it, its sort of like a self-carving sculpture in your hand. The hard part is gonna be working out the formulas for the two soaps.
